Got a question about our doors and cabinets, the ordering process or delivery? We've answered some of the most common queries below. If you can't find the information you're looking for, don't hesitate to call us or send us an email - our Customer Service team will be able to help.
Are the colours the same in ‘real life’ as they appear online?
We make every effort to ensure the colours on our website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, depending on the device or screen you use to browse the site, it's likely there will be some variation. We strongly recommend ordering colour swatches, sample doors and cabinet swatches before you place your final order.
Is there a minimum spend?
The minimum order value for rigid kitchens is £900, including VAT. Handles, accessories, sample swatches, sample doors and sample cabinet tiles have no minimum order value.
On units, what’s the difference between 0.4mm edges and 2mm edges?
0.4mm edges come to a clear right-angled edge, whereas 2mm edges are slightly more rounded, giving a smoother finish.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, they do.
Does the height given for larder units include the legs?
No. The height shown is just for the units themselves - legs are adjustable and will add an additional 150-200mm to the height.
Does the door image show a door and drawer separately, or is that how all doors come?
The majority of our images show the door and drawer-front together, so that you can see how they will look when fitted as a set. Doors and drawer-fronts come separately so will need to be ordered as individual items.
Can I amend the order after I pay?
Unfortunately not. Once payment has been made, your order goes into production, and no changes can be made. However, if you've made a mistake with measurements (for example), contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my items?
If your doors are made-to-measure, or if you've ordered doors with hinge holes drilled, we are unable to issue a refund. If your doors are not made-to-measure, you can cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery (in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations). If any of your items have arrived faulty or damaged, notify us in writing within 2 working days of delivery. We will need a photo of the damage in order to organise a replacement or a refund.
How do I order doors for integrated appliances?
For doors that have specific requirements, it’s best to contact us directly – so call 01825 703087 or email [email protected]
Do you sell worktops?
We specialise in doors, drawer-fronts, cabinets and door accessories like handles and hinges, so unfortunately we don't sell worktops.
What's the difference between High Gloss & Ultragloss doors?
The main difference is that High Gloss doors are made from MDF and wrapped in vinyl, while Ultragloss doors are made from MDF with an acrylic layer on top. This means that Ultragloss doors are harder to the touch with a mirror-shine surface, while High Gloss doors have a slightly softer shine. High Gloss doors tend to be slightly cheaper than Ultragloss doors, but this isn't always the case.
Can I pay a deposit/in instalments?
Unfortunately, we don't take deposits or payments in instalments.
What are your doors and cabinets made from?
The majority of our doors are made from 18mm thick MDF wood with a vinyl wrap or acrylic PVC finish. Please see each individual door specification for more information. Cabinets are 18mm MFC with glue & dowel construction as standard, and cam & dowel available on request.
Do your doors and cabinets come with a guarantee?
Doors, drawer fronts and colour matched accessories are guaranteed against materials and workmanship defects for a period of 10 years. Within that time-scale, we will replace defective doors, drawer fronts and colour-matched accessories free of charge, at our discretion, providing that you have returned to us any faulty goods upon request. Cabinets are guaranteed for ten years. Hinges, drawer boxes and handles are guaranteed for the lifetime of the cabinet, usually 20 years under normal wear and tear. Cabinet wirework is guaranteed for 10 years. Within these time-scales we will replace defective goods free of charge.
Do you have matching accessories?
Yes. We have a range of accessories, such as handles, drawer-boxes, and more.
Can you make doors to match my design?
Unfortunately, this is not something we offer. However, with huge range of style and colour combinations available, you're sure to find your perfect doors.
Can I collect my order?
We don't have the facilities for you to be able to collect your order. We deliver to anywhere in mainland Great Britain. We're unable to deliver to any islands, or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, however, we can deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping.
How long will it take to deliver?
Timescales are 2-3 weeks from order date to delivery date. See our Delivery page for more information.
Can you give me an estimated delivery time?
Due to the way our couriers work, we can only give you the day your order will arrive, not a specific time slot.
What happens if I received damaged items?
Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves. Claims for missing items or damaged doors must be made in writing within two working days of delivery. Claims for other damaged items must be made in writing within 10 working days of delivery. Please ensure you report damages or missing items in the time stipulated as we are unable to process replacements after this point.
